- The University of Kentucky offers free, 24/7 telehealth counseling services to all students. Call 859-257-8701 to schedule an appointment or speak with a clinician.
- Access mental health clinicians through Talkspace, a secure online text and video chat platform. Free for all º£½Ç½ûÇø students, including unlimited messaging and two sessions per month.
- Meditation and sleep app that may help with stress and anxiety

- º£½Ç½ûÇø HealthCare Psychiatry developed a program called REST – Reaching out to Employees with Stress reduction and behavioral health Treatment. REST provides º£½Ç½ûÇø HealthCare faculty and staff a range of stress reduction, coping skills, and behavioral resources. Call 859-323-6201 for more.
