The College of Medicine Division of Rheumatology faculty provides clinical services in rheumatology through º£½Ç½ûÇø HealthCare at the º£½Ç½ûÇø Chandler Hospital, Kentucky Children's Hospital, Good Samaritan, and Kentucky Clinic. Outpatient services in the Kentucky Clinic are only provided to new patients through health care provider referral.  The º£½Ç½ûÇø Rheumatology Clinic treats the following disorders (but is not necessarily limited to):

  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Systemic lupus erythematosus
  • Scleroderma (systemic sclerosis)
  • Polymyositis/dermatomyositis
  • Sjögren's syndrome
  • Temporal or giant cell arteritis
  • Polymyalgia rheumatica
  • Granulomatosis with polyangiitis
  • Polyarteritis nodosa
  • Ankylosing spondylitis
  • Psoriatic arthritis
  • Reactive arthritis
  • Arthritis associated with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis
  • Behcet's syndrome
  • Takayasu's arteritis and other forms of vasculitis
  • Gout and pseudogout
