Advanced Development Directors Career Specialty Advisors
The advanced development directors (ADDs) are an integral part of the College of Medicine鈥檚 Career Pathways advising system. They are specialty advisors hired by the College of Medicine in each major medical field. You can meet with an ADD any time during your medical school career to learn more about their specialty and make other faculty connections. You will be required to meet with the ADD in your specialty during your third and fourth year of medical school as you are planning your fourth-year schedule and residency application process.
