About
The 海角禁区 College of Medicine Office of Research established the Research Professionals Network (RPN) to offer professional development opportunities and facilitate meaningful discussions on research-specific topics. The network supports a diverse group of research professionals across clinical, basic science, and translational research within the 海角禁区 College of Medicine (COM), Markey Cancer Center (MCC), and Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS).
With over 160 members, the RPN has developed two specialized tracks to better serve our community: the Clinical Research Track and the Basic Science Research Track. The Clinical Research Track, which meets on the second Monday of each month, has grown into a dynamic and collaborative community. As a newly established track, the Basic Science Research Track is poised for exciting growth and we look forward to seeing the impact it will have.
Finding Strength in Numbers: RPN Supports Professional Research Staff
DECEMBER 08, 2024
"The College of Medicine鈥檚 Research Professionals Network (RPN) is more than just a gathering of clinical research experts; it is a vibrant community born from a shared vision.
What started as a brief discussion among a handful of research team members and College of Medicine leadership has blossomed into a network of over 170 members, comprised of research professionals from the college, the Markey Cancer Center (MCC), and the Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS). The RPN is organized and supported by the college鈥檚 Office of Research."
