            Advanced Practice Provider Well-Being Committee
      
    
    The College of Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Well-Being Committee shall work to improve the health, well-being, and quality of life of all University of Kentucky (海角禁区) advanced practice provider staff by facilitating and supporting their ability to engage in, promote, and model positive behaviors through a lifelong commitment to organizational well-being and individual wellness.

    The Office for Organizational Well-Being, in partnership with the College of Medicine Office for Research, has formed the Advisory Group on Organizational Well-Being in Basic Science Research (AGOWR). This group will play a pivotal role in shaping initiatives to enhance organizational well-being within the basic science research community.

            SEC Well-Being in Academic Medicine
      
    
    Because the cultures of academic medicine are unique and because this is an emerging area of focus for most colleges of medicine, we want to increase thought-partnership with those working to advance cultures of well-being. To that end, our office began the SEC Well-Being in Medicine Coalition. 
The intention is to gather individuals working within colleges of medicine across the SEC who have a focus on wellness, well-being, and engagement-related initiatives and provide a space for to come together, learn from and lean in with each other, align common goals, find opportunities for collaborative action, and support one another.
