Department Enhancement Projects

About Department Enhancement Projects:


The Office for Organizational Well-Being team facilitates Department Enhancement Projects. This process typically begins with a department chair connection meeting to assess existing individual wellness and organizational well-being practices. Future engagement with our office can follow several pathways.

Full Engagement

A comprehensive approach to departmental enhancements
  • Partner with department well-being leader/culture change champion, including meeting 1-2 times per month
  • Facilitate conversations to establish department-specific values and accountability related to advancing well-being
  • In-depth survey data analysis
  • Build and lead change management process using Office for Organizational Well-Being framework (Culture Model)
  • Co-create action plans and evaluation metrics, collaboration with quality improvement/department enhancement
  • Facilitate information-gathering and solution-focused collaborations; facilitate workshops and trainings
  • Provide Change Cycle training to leaders and create communication strategy
Full Engagement
