The Office for Organizational Well-Being has recently interviewed basic science faculty and professional staff in the College of Medicine for a research initiative committed to understanding the factors that influence your well-being and drivers of burnout.
 
This is an introductory step to understanding the unique stressors facing our basic science faculty and staff to assist in implementing well-being initiatives within our basic science departments, tailored to the needs and drivers of each department.
